A. If any doesn't work properly please firstly report to our sales rep to get help and solutions.
B. If the product turned out to be defective indeed, then please keep them in good condition to proceed RMA. Once received RMA clients have the right to choose below solutions:
1). Send new replacement to you in the following order 2). Keep the value as your credit to buy other products 3). Issue a full refund.
C. There is no warranty If the product was without our stamp or labels / already used for a period / broken artificially.
